Brattygoodgirl loses
Loser has to play a game of uncle with the winner. The loser will have one hour to punish the losers nipples anyway they wish with the goal of making the loser give in and cry uncle before the hour is up. If the loser fails they must perform a punishment of winners choice. If the loser manages to win the game of uncle they get to set a punishment of their choosing for the winner. All within limits of course.
