1) atomic wedgie 10 minutes per line
2) jock lock 30 seconds
3) ten squeaky clean pulls. Then must be gagged with the undies used while doing the rest of the wedgies
4) hanging wedgie 3 minutes per line (must be a full hanging, if toes touch the floor re-hang yourself and restart timer)
