This is like the other points based exposure dares. It can be run as avoid points or gain points. Specify in advance who will be rolling and spending points, the dom or the sub. If the dom is rolling they roll 6d6 and spend the points using the dom column. If the sub is rolling they roll 6d6 and spend point using the sub column. There are a few people here that might find this entertaining.
