. You don't have to do all 18 hours at once, you can just start counting whenever you're alone, then pause when you're not alone at home anymore. You should get started as soon as possible, you're meant to just be following the punishment rules in the background while you live your life.
For the finals encouragement, is there anything in your likes that wouldn't make a good punishment for a bad grade because you'd enjoy it too much? Things that you dislike but will do as a punishment? There will be some rewards for good grades too
