Ok well you’re asking for a mean one! Take a shit in a bowl or something, you must plot it in half you must transfer half to the toilet using your mouth the rest you must take bites and chew 20 times before you may spit it into the toilet. If you gag more than 3 times you must try again the next day until you you don’t gag 3 times. Or as an alternative to end early you must swallow half of the shit and it can end.
