1. Loser must be fully dressed for the entire duration of the dare.
2. Diapers are allowed, but if used they cannot be changed til the following morning.
3. Hold lasts 1 hour per line
4. You must drink one glass of water per line.
5. Start the dare wearing thick jeans and a belt tightened all the way. You are not allowed to take it off or loosen it at all until you’ve completed the entire hold.
6. Once you start feeling the need to go you are not allowed to squeeze your legs together to hold. While sitting or laying down your thighs mustn’t touch.
7 once you start feeling the need to go press your bladder hard for 30 secs in every 15 mins.
8. At the very beginning, drink 1L of water
9. Boomer gets to add 1 line.
10. Every hour do 20 sit-ups and 10 squats
11. and 10 burpees
