1. 8 oz of water per line
2. Prior to starting the rest of the date, pee every hour for 4 hours followed by not peeing for 2 hours.
3. Drink every 15min and stop once you get 32oz in.
4. Each 15 minute period also make sure to do 20 jumping jacks and 20 squats.
5. Make a post, at least 24 hours prior starting the dare, in which you ask for tasks to make you lose control (the tasks can't repeat and must be short and simple i.e. push on your bladder 10 times, put a warm and moist cloth in your underpants under your perineum for 10min etc.)
6. If you pee, you have to do it through your clothes. Boomer decides on what happens with them.
