Default rule idears

Lets start with the classics to get them out of the way

1. No shorts dresses skirts that end below your thumb
2. once a week sleep with your hands and feed chained to your collar. the shorter the chain the less comftabal it gets


now to the fun part

This is a combination of different rules

1 Gym Once a week for 2-4 hours Full body exercise till your mussels fail
2 Gym clothes Yoga pants or short shorts and sleeveless yoga tops. Some sport shoos only for the gym
3 Diet... yes its a bad word. Set yourself a good high protein low sugar diet.
3 cheat days a month (if failed to follow rules these can be lowered )
4 write a monthly journal which must include your current measurements wight body fat contend etc. ( can be private or public) to track your journey to get more fit. You can track all your other rules on here too
