1. Hang weight from your nipples for 10 minutes.
2. Clamp nipples with clothespins or other tied to a water bottle placed on a table. Now, hands behind back walk backwards until the bottle drops.
3. 10 rubber band snaps to each nipple for each line in the thread.
4. Put binder clips on your nipples, take the wire that opens them out, turn off the lights, put on a blindfold, throw them around the room, and don’t take them or the blindfold off until you find the pieces
5. Press an ice cube against your nipples until it melted.
6. For reach line on this thread, everyday spend 30 mins with clothespins on nipples and remove them by hitting them off
7. Do 3 Fap Roultette’s of the boomer’s choosing
8. While doing 6 you will also tie rubber band around clip jaw, before removing you will stretch the rubber band and hit clip jaw from all four directions(left, right,up, down) for every line.
9. You will tie you boobs separately, clamp your nipples and tie weight to them for mint=total lines and you will try to do situps in a manner that whenever you lift up weight should hang so you will put weight beside your boobs and do situp. When you are done with your timing you will stand with weight and touch them together without using hand just by swinging them for every line.
