An electric mixer or a good whisk
One large mixing bowl
One large pot
1 quart of heavy whipping cream
2 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
Dump all of the cream and sugar into the large mixing bowl. Using the mixer or whisk, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Take the piss that you’ve now released in a pot after you failed. And put it in your oven at 220 degrees until it steams down to about 1/5th-15th the amount failed and collected, or somewhere around 1/2 cup-3/4 cup. Put it in the stiff peaks.
Combine in mixer, freeze for 12 hours, enjoy!
