How does it work:
1-6 people will enter. Once the thread has between 4-6 people entered, someone will roll a dice/random number generator. Whoever gets picked, everyone else has to send them 1 messy dare in PMs, so the loser may end up with 5 messy dares they have to do. Reports have to be provided if requested.

Example:
Person 7/1: {Rolls a Dice} Number 4 Looses. I am in. #1
Person 2: I am in. #2
Person 3: I am in. #3
Person 4: I am in. #4
Person 5: I am in. #5
Person 6: I am in. #6
And then back to the beginning.

So who is it that decides?
