Let's up the stakes.
Winner rolls a die in Dice with friends, or the equivalent phone app. This is how many one per day soapings the loser must do,
Loser must confess to why they need a good mouth soap.
Adotinal punishments can be added.
Examples I've done through the years
Take a shower, with soap in mouth.
Stand in corner for x minutes.
Go 4 an x minute walk with a bar in mouth (could cover with mask)
Suck on a piece of soap, maybe while shopping.
Lay on back with soap in mouth for x minutes(I haven't done this one)
