Keep track of the rules you break. After you have broken at least 3, your boyfriend should tie you up and tickle you hard for 5 minutes for each broken rule with 5 minutes in between.
You should be hogtied for 10 minutes or longer at least 3 times a week.
You may only bathe or shower using COLD shower. You must bathe or shower at least once a day for at least 5 minutes.
