Bastinado's not my thing but since you reached out to me here's a couple of barebone ideas: - sand down your calluses to increase sensitivity
- combine chemical play (hot sauce, mint, etc) with any skin penetration such as the tacks
- try alternating between painfully hot surfaces and painfully cold surfaces
- there's always simply walking barefoot across a pebble path or particularly raggedly paved surface
