Wear heels and stockings which have tops that are just visible below them hem of your skirt. Do some grocery shopping, abiding by the following rules:
* use a shopping cart and keep both hands on the handle of the cart when moving around the store. Don't adjust your clothing or pull down the hem of your skirt
* Keep your lower back arched and knees as straight as possible the whole time.. bend at the hips only, including when taking things from shelves etc..
