I just did this, I put on a shoulder wedgie and did 10 jumps with my hands above my head, it wasn't to bad. The second shoulder wedgie made it a lot worse, and I was wincing every time I raised up my hands and jumped. The third wedgie made it even worse, and I am pretty sure I was whimpering as I completed the last set of jumps.
