I did have time for my hour plugged today even though I started this idea in the middle of the day I inserted my little plug for an hour before bed! My hole was so tired after half an hour! I love how it preoccupied me as I was trying to do bedtime stretches. Guess I'm going to bed wet tonight 🥵
