I have a simple rule for you to follow - Every time before you pass a door in your house you must bark.

And because I'm sure you will be forgetting to do this at least the first few times, every time you forget to bark, you must post in this thread, apologising and saying something humiliating for yourself. E.q. "I'm a stupid slut and I'm sorry for forgetting to bark like a good girl.".

And since one day should be enough for you to get used to the rule, from tomorrow the punishment gets harder and in addition to the above you also have to share in the message either a humiliating thing you have done or a way in which you want to be humiliated every time you forget to bark.
