Hi Amy, I love your dedication to the dares.
First I have a question for you. Are you open to using diapers in your dares?
Then I would like to propose to different dares. The first one being simple and short:
Pee in a big glass. Now fill up a small glass (shot glass) with pee and flip a coin. Everytime you get heads you drink the shot glass. Everytime you get tails you empty it in the toilet. Repeat until the big glass is empty.
The second dare is a bit longer and more complicated. However, the dare itself shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours.

If you are not comfortable using a diaper you could try this without it.
You could also skip the preparation part to make it easier for you to plan around and fit into your schedule.
