It haven't been long. My owners decided that I need a break from everything because I got caught in kind of a down-ward spiral of self humiliation and degrading behaviour. Master called it a "mental reboot".
Now I just do it for myself to get used to the belt again.
I get belted every morning and released every evening, so it's kinda pre-defined.
