Your not allowed to shower or wash for a whole week.
Only one set of clothes allowed for the week while you're at home, which you must wear all the timer. (Underwear only at nighjt is OK)
Your toilet is also off limits ALL week. For can either:
1. visit a public toile.
2. go at home in your clothes.
3. use a bucket at home.
If you opt to use the bucket, you must save the contents of the bucket & tip it over your head & body 1 hour before your week ends.
