You must wear some sort of humiliating underwear. This can be a jockstrap, panties, commando, your choice, to the gym/locker room.
The lockers are in 1 smallish room along the walls. The showers are an offshoot with 4 stalls. The stalls have 2 curtains separating the shower and a prep area of sorts. A door separate the locker room with the men's bathroom ( 2 stalls, 1 urinal, sinks and mirror along opposite wall.
