Suggestion for a rewrite...
Instead of rolling for the amount of exercise give the player choices. Each level / number of repetitions awards points. The player can then spend points in the pleasure center.
If the player has not earned enough points for the desired pleasure activity. He may bank half of his points for use the next day. If there are still not enough points on the second day the accumulated points are again halved to Cary over to the next day.
Example
Goal 300
Day 1 - earned 100
Day 2 - carry over 50, earned 150
Day 3 - carry over 100, earned 180
Day 4 - carry over 140, earned 180, used 300
Day 5 - carry over 10 (140+180-300)/2...
This encourages continued patterns of excersize.

One might also include a variation where over time the points awarded are diminished and or the points needed for the pleasuring activities are inflated. This is to encourage stretching one's limits, maybe in both the amount of excersize done and the indulging in pleasuring activities.

The pleasure area might be expanded to include sexual activities with others at high prices. In the event that unearned points are spent negative carryover is not halved. Perhaps negative balances should be charged interest. Doubling will be too harsh. 50% per day may work. Maybe 50% with some sort of limit so one can work out of a bankruptcy. A live test may be a better measure.
