oh ok. im not familiar with the Florida legal system. i live in Texas and am used to first degree murder and second degree murder and then manslaughter. first degree is pemeditated murder and second degree is not premiditated murder and manslaughter is accidental murder. first degree and second degree are eligible for the death penalty.
