That sounds a little strange to me. I love exercising, it keeps me awake and even lifts my spirits. Many people do it as an unpleasant duty, but I think the results depend on how we do it. I think it's important to make yourself feel good about something you don't like, it can boost motivation. I work out three times: twice after work and once on the weekend. I love seeing my muscles "grow" and the changes that occur in my body. It's worth it to work on myself. I also take testosterone for the best effect. It also helps me deal with the fat.
