Hello everyone, I have decided to only use pull-ups from now until I am freed. Send me challenges to accomplish, or exercises to complete, amount of water to drink, or whatever and we'll see what happens. This can go on for days or hours whatever you all decide.

Please set me some ground rules. When do I get to change? How often do I wet? etc.
