I'm interested in this. Ive finished my sporting season and I've been eating more and exercising less.
Pre season training starts now for me so I would love some encouragement.
For context, I'm 26 years old, 6"2.
I currently weight 16 stone 3. My target is 15 stone.
It sounds a big jump but for reference in February I was just over 15 stone. This is my aim for September.
