Pick up some fairly long shoelaces or similar strings, make a bundle and tie them at one end to form a flagellum, weight the loose ends with knots.
take a large enough bowl and fill it with ice.
now, strip topless and barefoot, slip an icecube inside your panties and step on the ice and stay there with feet in the ice until you hit yourself at least 40 times with the flagellum on your back.
when you are done take the basin and go into the shower or bathtub and pour it on yourself, remember the icecube in your pants will stay there until melted.
You can't change or remove clothes or dry yourself until the icecube on your pants is melted.
Bonus: For extra umiliation, do it in front an open window.
