I repropose a game you did for my pleasure some days ago with some different rules.

Two basin with water in both far away 4mt. A plastic cup.

You will be on four, with nuts well tied, with a string per nut connected to the corresponding hallux, short enough to keep you in the position. Attach to the nuts two liters on waters in a way the bottle(s) are on floor.

using only the mouth, you will will che cup with water of one basin and you will transfer it to the other basin. you will have to do 40 transfers

You have 10 edges on the bucket.
every time you will drop the cup on the path, you will loose one edge. that transfer will not count.
if you go in a negative count, you will have penalty.
for each number, 100 hits on each nut with ruler. (ex: -3 -> 300 hits per each nut)

At the end of transfers you will do the tasks depending by the results:
Edges: sit on XL, porn genre: censored, estim on nipple medium level
Hits: nut grabbed by the other hand between thumb and firefinger, with ruler
