Start the game when you allready want to pee. Pee in a plastic cup so that it's full to the brim. Over the 30min, you must manage to drink a full bottle of water (1.5 litter) with the cup balancing on your head. You cannot touch the cup. If the cup fall you have to lick it all up. If droppel fall but the cup is still balanced you can ignore it.
Once you drink the whole bottle, you can remove the cup from your head but don't throw it out. You still have to hold your pee for two hours. Everytime you can't hold it, you must pee in the cup and lick from the floor anything that spill.
After the two hours you can thow the cup and its content.
Please give me something involving my wrestling singlet or my clothes.... I wouldn't be against a bit of pee.
