Okay, so for the next 7 days (I recommended starting on a Sunday) you must mastribate once a day, no more, no less. However, each time must be in a different location. Some guidelines include that when you mastribate in the bathroom, you may not do another bathroom. (Unless it's public and private. Those are different) (Shower and bath are seperate as well.) If you are unable to do this, say how you caved or what not and I'll choose an appropriate dare.
