A)Cumulative - Between each orgasm I will add an additional ruined orgasm to the amount of ruins, before I can orgasm aggain. So 1 ruin, 1 orgasm, 2 ruins, 1 orgasm, 3 ruins, 1 orgasm, 4 ruins and so on.
B)Coinflip - Before each orgasm I will flip a coin three times in a row. If it comes up heads 3 times in a row I can orgasm, otherwise it's ruined.
C)Dice - Each month I will roll a D6. The outcome determines the amount of orgasms I can have that month. All others will be ruined
