Budget starts at $50. Winner and Loser play games of battleship (
http://en.battleship-game.org/) until the Loser decides to stop playing (but must play at least one game). At the start of all games, the Loser must give up 2 ships of the Winner's choice. After every game, the budget changes by $10 for every square remaining (up if Winner wins, down if Loser wins). If the Winner wants to stop but the Loser doesn't, the games end, but the budget is halved. Games also end if the budget hits zero (can't go negative). After the games are complete, the Winner will use the budget to give the Loser items to buy.
Trying out this variant of previous battleship challenges. The hope with this one is that the loser can gamble for a chance to reduce the amount of money they will need to spend, but the odds are not in their favor.
