1. 1 hour chair wedgie
2. After the hour is up, do not remove wedgie. Put some pants and a shirt on and go for a 15+ minute walk.
3. For every minute under two hours you walked you must do 5 swipes of a squeeky clean wedgie
4. 15 minute hanging wedgie after your squeeky clean
5. After squeaky clean, you most either give yourself a 20 minute jock lock
6. After doing all the wedgies keep the underwear on for 7 days after
7. During the 7 days after you must be constantly wedgied.
8. Dangling wedgie, 2 minutes per line
9. You can replace hanging wedgies with dangling wedgies, but if you do you must do it for twice as long
10. The boomer is allowed to request a wedgie from loser and the loser sends proof
11. Loser performs every wedgie that is not in public in only his underwear
12. If pictures are a limit(for proof) then the boomer can give the loser another wedgie of their choosing.
