Then use online places like FetLife and KinkTalk to look for advice, and maybe an online mentor. If you can locate a dungeon or kink club in your area, or a Munch, you can get your feet wet and start meeting others who share your interests, perhaps find someone who can mentor and guide you in person, helping you avoid many of the pitfalls that going solo can pose.
