1. clamps on both nipples for 1 minute per line
2. Must flick each one once every 5 minutes for the duration of the dare.
3. when the time is up, pull the clamps off, without opening them
4. Apply toothpaste to each nipple before starting
5. When done cool them off with an ice cube till the cube has melted
6. 5 rubber band snaps to each nipple per line
7. Pour hot wax on your nipples.
