1: Nipple clamps applied to each nipple for 2 minutes per line
2. 3 rubberband snaps per line
3. Twist nipple clamps 90° for 10 seconds every minute
4. Apply toothpaste to each nipple before starting
5. give the nipple clamps a hard tug every 2 minutes
6. Pinch each nipple for as 2 * number of lines seconds as hard as you can
7. flip a coin when you have completed the dare. heads the game is over. tails, remove clamps, rotate 90 degrees/reapply and restart all over
8. Time how long it takes you to complete the entire dare. Once you are finished, wear weighted nipple clamps for that length of time.
9. 1 wax drop per line for each nipple
10. Once clamps are removed spank nipples until wax is also removed
11. Put weights on clamps.
