get two clamps, can chain them if you havent already.
clamp your nipple tight.. you gonna need them to be tight.
now hang some weight to the chain.
your task is to do jumps. the higher the better
100 if you do higher jumps
150 if you do medium jumps
and 200 if you do low jumps.

by all means you are required to have your nipple pull the weight up by jumping... the rest will be done by great gravity.
