Here are my six options. Minor for right now. Maybe I'll bump them up to harder ones later.
1. Nothing
2. 1 hour with locked clothes
3. 2 hours locked in clothes
4. 3 hours locked on clothes
5. Complete loss of bladder control for 4 hours
6. Full incontinence for 24 full hours.
