Go to a sports shop and buy a one-piece. You must ask for help saying you don't know what to get for yourself. Once you've bought it, go to a toilet and change into it. You may now not remove it for 48 hours, and can only have it covered for 16 of those hours.

EDIT: Just seen long term was a limit, so if you don't want to do the 48 hours bit, you should shower in it, and not take it off until it's dry.
