You must wear your one-piece under your clothes for 5 days, 24 hours a day (so 120 consecutive hours). You're only allowed to take it completely off to shower and only for a maximum of 10 minutes a day. You may have showers longer than 10 minutes, of course, but must be wearing the swimsuit for any time over the 10 minutes. When sleeping it's the only thing you're allowed to wear.

Anytime you take it off outside of showering, have it off for more than 10 minutes while showering, or wear other clothes over it while sleeping, you must restart the 120 hours.
