This post violates the double post rule. Spent most of the morning in pain that I didn't wants to be in. Let me tell you, boys. Being a girl sucks. Anywho... when it moved to a dull throbbing, I decided to work on some frozen water combinations with cow time. In the past I've only pushed myself to 3 sets, but I want to speed up my times here. So I pushed myself to 6 cycles this time. Spending 30 minutes as a cow with frozen breasts helped distract my mind from the other pain, so I guess that was a good thing in the end. I only have 2 of that combination left, but I couldn't push myself to do the last 2 because my breasts were hurting enough from the frozen water that I called it quits for now. I am going to have to learn to endure more frequency if I want to get that keyword paid off.
