Just wanted to remind everyone ^^

- you can add a RULE on every 10th post (10,20,30,...). Rules last 50 reps of something you choose or the next 50 reps I do.

- every 50th Post can give me a WEEKLY rule, which I have to follow for 1 week during my workouts. I'll have to do a workout at least every other day. If I don't you may punish me.
