Ahhh, doing exercise regularly... such a wonderful idea!

Side Planks (2s for each mention on each side)
Push-ups (5 rep for each mention)
Squats (5 rep for each mention)

Not sure what kind of exercise plan you'll get from leaving it to gD, but we'll see.
