Not sure about the ongoing promises, but maybe someone else can post a current list of them, with links, keywords, and so on, like we used to do for some time.
Regaring your own promise, how about clothing pegs on your nipples, for example
A. 1 minute for every post in the next 24 hours, and you can split up as much as you like
B. Putting clothing pegs on your nipples and turn them 90°, then put them off, once for every post in the next 24 hours
C. 10 Ball slaps per post in the next 24 hours
D. once listening to Cal's Curse per post in the next 24 hours
E. 1 hour of denial for every post in the next 24 hours
F. Wear the same socks for 30 minutes outside or 10 minutes exercising, for every post in the next 24 hours, then finally store them well and sniff them for 1 minute per post
Just some ideas based on your Likes. Remember to start small. You can always step up with the next promise.
