You might be able to whitelist the site in the browser to allow camera usage.
In Chrome on Android, for instance, the process would be to navigate to
https://bstrp.exposed/. Then, hit the three dots ("more") at the right hand side of the address side. Go to Settings, then scroll to Site Settings. You can then whitelist the site's camera access.
Some browser / browser versions have issues accessing the camera in private / incognito more as well.
I will add that the webcam HTML 5 standard seems a bit "wonky"; I did have to fiddle some to the camera option reasonably working with the three devices I tested with (PC - Firefox and Chrome; 2 Android phones - Firefox and Chrome). Unfortunately this probably means there are some other devices out there that will have problems. Whitelisting will help as some of the "wonkiness" came from how various devices handled prompting for camera access.
