For today:
100 to the right with a wooden spoon
100 to the left with the handle of a wooden spoon
100 to the right with a wooden spoon
100 to the left with the handle of a wooden spoon.

Then, flip a coin:
Heads: 100 to the left with the handle of a wooden spoon
Tails: 100 to the right with a wooden spoon

After the last few days both balls are pretty sore so I did each 100 in sets of 20, though I tried to only take a few seconds pause between each set, by the end of the 4 sets both balls where nice red and sore, then I flipped a coin, tails, I had mixed feelings about that as it ment I didn’t have to go to sets in a row to my left but my rights still more sore the my left for a few days back where the dice decided to hate my right ball, but none the less I made it through the last 100 to my right ball.
