Not sure if it fits into the 8 hours but how about you make a nice healthy breakfast to start your day with. The night before prepare some overnight oats, 1 part rolled oats, 1 part milk, and 1/8 part chia seeds. It should be pretty easy to put in your enema bottle and get into your ass. Feel free to add some fruit too before plugging it all in with your inflatable plug and heading to bed. By morning the oats and seeds should have absorbed the milk and become a nice thick breakfast.

As a side note, everytime you wake up in the night, inflate the plug. For extra points, eat the oats directly from your ass, I'm sure you can figure out how, but I suggest sticking your ass in the air and using a spoon.
