I really hope you all can help me like you did last time.

The 8 hours will begin Saturday morning!

Currently the schedule is:

10am - it begins: take take a laxative by mouth.
Take a milk enema , insert smallest plug and walk around the park once
Return home, empty enema,
Refill enema plug with next larger
Repeat process until all plugs used

12pm - bloating: have lunch and eat a bunch especially bananas and prune juice
Eat more
Drink some amount of oil laxative

1pm -

3pm -
4pm -
5pm -
6pm -

As a reminder my interests are as follows:

Ultimately I love the thought of being filled and emptied constantly, a state of perpetual uncomfortableness/panic as I fill my holes with food and liquid while being forced to ingest laxatives.
