Oh if she's not planning on being around then we can separate that task a bit, and I'm expanding it for you:
Tie the breast harness before you go do your reception duty.
Have her tie your hands like that for the last 10 minutes, if you have some typing, writing, etc. to do you can try your best with your mouth.
After reception duty, is over, leave your skirt with Katie, and walk one entire lap around the building (with your hands still tied of course), then go back to reception and let her untie your hands.
